What if I already sent my "Next due" payment to my previous servicer?
If you recently sent a payment to your previous servicer, that’s okay. They will return your payment to you or forward it to us. If they send it to us, we’ll apply your payment to your loan, effective on the date they received it.
When WILL I RECEIVE A NEW STATEMENT?
You will receive your first Premier Servicing, Inc. billing statement toward the middle of the month. But, you don’t need the billing statement to make your payment. You can pay online or over the phone at any time.
Will my previous automatic withdrawals transfer over
You can elect to have your personal banking information transfer to us from your previous servicer. However, setting up automatic withdrawals with us is simple. You can get started online today.
